Corrupt Crooked law firm Fisher Phillips committed fraud in the wrongful termination lawsuit against corrupt and crooked University of California Irvine. This corrupt law firm and its corrupt client both knew that they broke the law when they fired the whistleblower for reporting University of California’s fraud on the United States and its taxpayers. Corrupt and crooked lawyer Karl Lindegren and corrupt and crooked lawyer Christopher Alvarez of Fisher Phillips manufactured and fabricated fraudulent evidence, lied to the court, and committed fraud on the court. The Whistleblower informed the supervisors at Fisher Phillips of extreme misconduct misconduct by Karl Lindegren and Chris Alvarez and the supervisors never even responded to the Whistleblower.

UC Irvine Committed Fraud
University of California Irvine and its employees Pathik Wadhwa and Dan Gillen committed research fraud by fabricating fraudulent research data in federally funded research. Wadhwa never conducted the ultrasound scans necessary for the research and even lied under oath in his deposition that three Japanese doctors had conducted the ultrasound scans. However, the so called Japanese individuals had no license to practice medicine or conduct ultrasound scans in California or the U.S. and Wadhwa made these false statements under oath thereby committing perjury.
The fraud committed by UC Irvine is similar to fraud committed by the Duke University researcher.
UC Irvine fired the Data Manager/Analyst who discovered its fraud. Even in the wrongful termination lawsuit, University of California and its law firm Fisher & Phillips committed fraud on the court and colluded with the whistleblower’s lawyer to withdraw from the case in the hopes that whistleblower will just drop his lawsuit. The whistleblower did not and continues to represent himself in the case despite experiencing extreme bias and prejudice from the judge on the case, Judge Theodore Howard of Orange County Superior Court.
Chancellor Howard Gillman
Chancellor Howard Gillman of UC Irvine signed off on my wrongful termination. Ironically, his biography claims that he has expertise in American Constitution and the Supreme Court when he fired a whistleblower in retaliation to reporting his university’s fraud on the U.S. and the American tax payers. Gilman did not care that the so-called researcher Pathik Wadhwa at his University fabricated federally funded research and gave perjured testimony about some Japanese people conducting the ghost ultrasounds. In fact, no ultrasounds were conducted and Wadhwa and Gillen fabricated the trimesters in the research and the entire so-called research was nothing but a sham and a ripoff of millions of dollars of tax payer money. I filed a Whistleblower Complaint for Gilman’s review after I was wrongfully fired and he did nothing to right the wrong committed by his University and his employees working at UC Irvine.
University of California Fraud
University of California has committed fraud as the whistleblower lawsuit details. University employee Pathik Wadhwa, the so-called researcher along with Dan Gillen and other employees, defrauded the U.S. government of millions of dollars and conducted fraudulent and fabricated research that U.S. government paid him millions of dollars to do. Wadhwa and University of California specifically told the U.S. government that he would conduct ultrasound scans of 250 pregnant women in the study to calculate each woman’s trimester of pregnancy. University of California and this employee named Pathik Wadhwa did not conduct the ultrasound scans whatsoever. Pathik Wadhwa even lied in his deposition and said he does not know what an ultrasound scan is (see Wadhwa’s deposition transcript here).
Plaintiff: Okay. Let me ask you this: In those ultrasound scanning sessions, were any ultrasound scans taken?
Pathik Wadhwa: Again, I don’t know what you mean by “scan.” And, now, I don’t know what you mean by “taken.” What is a “scan,” and what does “taken” mean?
Wadhwa continued to lie in his sworn deposition and claim he does not know what an ultrasound scan is:
Plaintiff. I will ask one more time in an effort to get an answer. Dr. Wadhwa, do you know what an ultrasound scan is?
Pathik Wadhwa: I don’t know what you mean by the term “scan.”
This is despite Wadhwa’s claim that he is a medical doctor. A medical doctor who does not know what an ultrasound scan is. One who took millions from the U.S. government to do research on pregnant women by using ultrasound scans to calculate their trimesters. Yup, Wadhwa stated in his sworn written deposition that he does not know what an ultrasound scan is. The fraud committed by University of California is massive. When the former Data Manager and Data Analyst for the so-called research discovered the fraud and reported it, University of California and its employees fired him.
Dan Gillen
Dan Gillen is a chair of Statistics department at University of California Irvine. This guy along with Pathik Wadhwa and University of California, defrauded the U.S. government and American tax payers out of millions of dollars by fabricating so-called research. The so-called research was funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This guy hired me as the Data Manager and Data Analyst to work on this fraudulent so-called research and when I discovered the fraud and fabrication of research and reported it, he conspired with Pathik Wadhwa and University of California to wrongfully terminate me in retaliation. You can read about his fraud in my wrongful termination lawsuit against University of California here.

Pathik Wadhwa is a so-called “researcher” at University of California Irvine who has defrauded the United States government and American tax payers out of millions of dollars by fabricating research funded by National Institutes of Health (NIH). I was hired to work as a Data Manager and Data Analyst on this so-called “research” and when I discovered Pathik Wadhwa’s research fraud and reported it, he retaliated against me and conspired with the University of California and wrongfully terminated me.
