UC Irvine Committed Fraud

UCI Committed FraudUniversity of California Irvine and its employees Pathik Wadhwa and Dan Gillen committed research fraud by fabricating fraudulent research data in federally funded research. Wadhwa never conducted the ultrasound scans necessary for the research and even lied under oath in his deposition that three Japanese doctors had conducted the ultrasound scans. However, the so called Japanese individuals had no license to practice medicine or conduct ultrasound scans in California or the U.S. and Wadhwa made these false statements under oath thereby committing perjury.

The fraud committed by UC Irvine is similar to fraud committed by the Duke University researcher.

UC Irvine fired the Data Manager/Analyst who discovered its fraud. Even in the wrongful termination lawsuit, University of California and its law firm Fisher & Phillips committed fraud on the court and colluded with the whistleblower’s lawyer to withdraw from the case in the hopes that whistleblower will just drop his lawsuit. The whistleblower did not and continues to represent himself in the case despite experiencing extreme bias and prejudice from the judge on the case, Judge Theodore Howard of Orange County Superior Court.
